The first pictures show the Man Myanmar Hotel, followed by a gold leave factory. The rest of the pictures are streetscenes in Mandalay. Mandalay is not an old city as it was founded in 1857 but it was the last Royal Capital before the British conquered Burma. It is quite a large city, walking is too slow if you want to go from one side to the other. Large also means there are many facilities, there is even some sort of nightlife.
